Mark your calendars, because this year’s 27th Annual Retro on Roscoe street and music festival is slated for Aug. 10-11.
Located in the heart of Roscoe Village, the event gathers performers on three main stages, as well as six full blocks of unique vendors and merchants. The event lasts from noon to 10 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday in August.
And while the multitude of musical acts have yet to be announced, the annual classic car show is still slated to add even more to the music-heavy scene.
“Four Treys Bar hosts The Retro on Roscoe Antique and Classic Car & Motorcycle show,” organizers Star Events wrote on their website. “Retro’s Antique Car Show will showcase over 50 antique, classic and muscle cars throughout the weekend at the festival.”
An estimated 50,000 people attend the street festival every year, Star Events reports. The group is also looking to gather up more vendors, and those interested can submit an application here.
Roscoe Village Neighbors is a non-profit neighborhood organization that also helps make the annual gathering a reality. Admission to Retro on Roscoe is a $10 suggested donation to benefit the non-profit.
