Retro on Roscoe Promises Roadtrip to Yesteryear
Bring on the nostalgia—this year's Retro on Roscoe promises not only classic cover bands, but also a vintage car show.
Roscoe Village will turn in to a Generation X haven Saturday and Sunday for the annual Retro on Roscoe festival.
The music, food and craft event will span six blocks at Damen and Roscoe from noon to 10 p.m.
Three stages of music combines for decades of entertainment. Artists range from country’s Chasin’ Mason to the Chicago favorite, 16 Candles.

If music won’t send you back in time, check out the antique car show taking place from 1 to 6 p.m. both days. A kids’ area will also be open from 12 to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
More than 50,000 are expected to attend the festival, according to organizers Star Events.
